Back to School - The Backpack Edit
BITSY’S BACKPACK EDIT
As much as I am dreading the start of school, it is time to start shopping for the little ones so parents are prepared and the kids are excited. Since back to school shopping can be overwhelming, exhausting and annoying, we've decided to share our “back to school” edits with you. We are sharing the backpacks that we feel are worthy choices. Reasons being…these are the bags that pack a good style punch (yet, not something your kiddos will get sick of easily - or you!), the bags we feel are functional for elementary schoolers to carry, and the bags we think can fit all of the realistic day-to-day “stuff” that your son|s and|or daughter|s will be bringing to school and back home (lunch box + lunch bag, homework folder, potentially a chrome book or laptop, pencil case, art work, etc). Also, a bag that can help teach them organization (totally a category that my girls struggle!)…
Hologram Metallic Backpack, $64-
Large Backpack in Deep Space, $30-
Jansport Big Student Backpack in Cloud Wash, $27-
Jansport Cortlandt Backpack in Brook Green, $55-
Hologram Galaxy Backpack, $54-
Supermax Strawberry Backpack, $35.99-
Camo Backpack, $35.99-
Kane Backpack in Pink|Silver, $85-
I know that my girls are always most attracted to the theme-style backpacks or the ones with personalized stamps like unicorns or lightening bolts. If you don’t want to spend the money on these features and want to keep it simple while still keeping your kiddos happy|excited about their backpack you can always order some removable swag. We shared this idea with you in our “Packing For|WIth Kids” post about a month ago.. Safe decision since their likes change so much when they are young! This way too you will get longer use out of the actual backpack, even if their interests stagger!
Stay tuned for our next “Back to School Edit” - Lunch boxes and lunch bags!
