Bitsy has been following the brand for a while and we always fall hard for their new collections. Laura, the designer and creator behind Velveteen, shares her global vibe in this children's wear line so perfectly and she is just as sweet as she is creative. She always seems to create the perfect blend of classic + modern wrapped into one stunning collection. Velveteen cares about the things they should. When designing for children there are so many important details to keep in mind. However, Velveteen does it without sacrificing the best-of-the-best (fabrics, details, heirloom quality). And since it is all in the details, they work with fair trade organizations whenever possible and as well as providing employment to mothers who would otherwise not be able to provide for their children or be able to provide education for their children. This is what makes a brand special.

This season Velveteen hit classic out of the park with a beautiful autumn collection focusing on an "autumnal colour palette in soft and floaty fabrics" and their winter spread is a "cool and calm mix" fastened with "soft pink to shake off the winter blues".
